On the « Quais de Floirac », construction of a new public parking (1051 cars, of which 907 cars are located in a 5-floor highly ventilated building and 144 cars are located outdoors). Possible extension for a 6th floor allowing for 154 more cars (1205 cars total). Creation of an exterior parking space for 600 bicycles. Design of exterior spaces in continuity with the greater theater square located next to the project.
